I used acrylic paint on wood first using primer paint and then using around 2 or 3 coats of acrylic paint. I used sealer spray can sealer only to find out a few days later I saw a lot of yellow tiny spots on the whole painting and had to basically repaint the whole thing again. Can I use glossy mod podge as a sealer to prevent yellow spots over time. What I painted will be seen indoors and outdoors even if it rains. What should I do?

I wouldn't use Mod Podge, I've found that it often stays sticky or gets sticky later on with heat & humidity. Try a brush on sealer, they sell acrylic based ones (I think Minwax makes one.)

You can use outdoor Mod Podge. Let your paint cure at least 48 hours before brushing or spraying the Mod Podge. I've dine it in many things.
