Tina, I'm loving every one of your posts. You are SO talented! -
Thank you! -
very cute -
The door is darling! BUT, I'm absolutely jealous of the work space you have. I'd love to have that much space!! -
That is fantastic!! -
Great job. Something you don't see every day. Love it. -
I love new and interesting creations. This door looks great. It reminds me of designs of Tim Holtz (The Scrapbook King) at least in my book. -
I also love the door - both before and after! -
NIIICE!!! -
Thanks a bunch! I love to re-purpose old doors probably more than anything I do. -
this is awsome Tina! I love that you used brackets to make it free-standing. I also love the picture frame used at the bottom. I have an old door in the garage and I think I want to do something like this to it. What a creative mind you have :) -
I like old doors too. This is a good idea. -
Tina, did you have to put brackets in back and front both to make it stable? -
I'm pretty sure you would have to Pam. I'm trying to think of where I can get ahold of some brackets myself. Just any old brackets will not do ;) I'm super psyched to get started on mine! -
do you have any more pictures of the other doors you did Tina? Or even a website? I would love to see them. -
Marg, I do have a website. www.facebook.com/repurposedlifeokla. The brackets are just steel shelf brackets I had laying around. Two in the front and two in the back. You can find brackets around here at hobby lobby or michaels. Opps, you are in NY! My son lives in Atoria! -
Marg, I am lucky enough to have six metal brackets just like the ones Tina usd. That's why I asked, to know if I can get one door or two. LOL I have four old white ones and 2 old black ones. I could possibly use a different kind of pair on the back of a second door. I'll try to find some more metal ones first. Great future projects. Cant's wait. -
That is what I did, the ones on the back are not identical to the front. I used what I had laying around. Can't see the brackets in the back enough for anyone to know they are different! -
lucky you Pam! I'd love to see some of the finished products :) -
Thanks Tina. That's what I thought too. It really is a beauty. You are very creative. Keep showihg us your work. I looked on you facebook and saw some of your other creative gems. Great job. You go girl...........
