Tiling over concrete wall

William on Jun 30, 2016Yes, Janet is right! The paint needs to be removed and Citristrip would be the best product to use. Paint is a bond breaker. Tiling over a painted concrete bonds the tile to the paint and not the concrete. Would not last long.Helpful Reply
