    this room has been primary colors (for baby Erin) pepto pink for princess Erin, lavendar for in between Erin and now orangish/gold for preteen. At least this time the color can move forward with her growing up! flooring is next... we'll see where THAT takes us!

    KMS Woodworks/ We do have hardwood but when we pulled the carpet up it was gauged and scratched up pretty bad. I don't think I've got it in me to refinish the hardwood as much as I'd like to. :(

    Refinishing the hardwood would be way better than installing anything on top of it...both from a logistics standpoint and cost perspective.

    @Melissa - honey - the gouges & scratches just give the floor lots of character!! If I had wood flooring I sure would let it's beauty shine through. Just use some accent area rugs but leave the wood!!
