With summer coming to an end it's time for some last minute summer inspired decorating inspiration. Seashells. Seashells, Seashells. If you live near the beach or were lucky enough to visit the beach this summer you probably have a ton of seashells laying around. You may be wondering what to do with all of them.
One of the easiest ways to incorporate your seashell collection into your decor is to get your hand on some vintage (or new) mason jars. Fill a few of them up with shells and maybe even some sand. Place them on a shelf, mantle or tabletop for instant seaside charm.
Large shells can be strategically placed on book shelves tucked in among books and other accessories for added interest. If you don't have access to free shells you can usually find some at your local craft shop or even order them online.
