My first attempt at an all-over wall stencil - a success!

Used a Rabat stencil by Cutting Edge in grey over yellow for a client recently. I think the accent wall came out terrific :) Used spray adhesive and 5" foam roller. Gave the stencil a good cleaning half-way through. The side edges were a challenge, but overall I would do this again. One wall took about six hours.

Ahh, much thanks Becky and Miriam! My clients were totally psyched. It was quite a transformation from contractor beige walls.

Love stenciling even though I have never tried it. I saw where a transparent shinny glaze was used to accent on a brightly painted wall and it was stunning! It took a lot of courage to tackle such a large, detailed project on your first effort! Great Job!

I have never used a stencil but like to try it sometimes. All I do is by hand and sometimes having to use masking tape of course. Try a straight line on a textured wall, it's murder. Lol .. great job !
