I had my tub reglazed and about two months later, put down a bath mat with suction underneath. It left marks which I cannot get off. Any suggestions?

Try Magic Erasers-they're good on so many things. It might work.

Try using an oil based product. Peanut butter, mayo olive oil etc. If that still does not work believe or not regular toothpaste has worked for me on various residues.

I would check with the glazing company, so you don't void the warranty. I know when my mother had hers done it said not to use those mats, in the instructions.

I think I may have to reglaze the tub according to a shop. I was not told to avoid a bath mat, and the marks are not dirt, but indentations.

So what i used was distilled white vinegar first and used a toothbrush to scrub with. If u have an actual tub brush use that. Then i rinsed using warm water. And i repeated this again.

Next i put some toothpaste on the toothbrush and scrubbed the area. Rinsed and repeated. You should see the marks disappear. If not , go back in with the white vinegar and scrub again.

In total i did this about 2-3 times for both vinegar and toothpaste scrubbing.

    It's really did the job.
