Great Pumpkins Batman!
Pumpkins are so underutilized! First, make an awesome jack-o-lantern. Second, save a couple and eat the rest of the seeds. Third, make pumpkin cookies all winter. Fourth, plant the seeds in the summer! Finally, harvest MORE PUMPKINS!

I thought winter squash grew in the winter. :o Turns out, they are called "winter" squash because they last all winter without preservation effort!

Pumpkins are good for so much more than pie, or decor. A nearby Thai restaurant makes a wicked curry with pumpkin. Delish!
