Never thought of aqua and orange together or a chandelier in my laundry room! But I love it! Would make doing laundry a whole lot more fun that's for sure.

It's so pretty!! Who would've thought such "fancyness" for laundry?!

I, myself, prefer something more open and airy though -- I'd at least need a window.

I love this room. The chandelier is perfect for an otherwise not so attractive place to be. I love the colors too, orange & aqua are some of my favs but have never used them together....I like it!!

This is just too much! A chandelier in the laundry room? Really? Only someone with a great sense of humor can appreciate this!

A chandelier can go in any room and make a statement. I love your new laundry room. Got me thinking about a makeover in mine..... and possibly a chandelier. So chic!

Forget the laundry! Move the dining room table into there. This is a real knock out!

Chandelier in the laundry room, neat idea. I may just have to switch my small one in the bathroom to downstairs for laundry and get me a "new" one for the bathroom.

What a cheerful, beautiful place to do laundry. Sure beats the dreary place I have in our basement. I would love to have a spot like this.

I love it! It makes the room feel very warm and inviting with a happy sunny feeling. I could see me dragging a rocking chair in there to read on gray days... sometimes it's beneficial to not be able to look outside.

I wish I had a laundry "ROOM" to decorate. Mine is upstairs - you open double doors and boom, there you are!! Laundry closet : <(

I love the color combo, the chandalier & the rug is to die for!!

@Susan S.....sounds much better upstairs than in the basement & a dungeon basement at that, lol.

@Judy B - Most definitely!! We lived in a townhouse while our home was being built - 3 levels and of course W & D in basement! Right then and there I vowed I would not have a basement laundry room. When we saw the model of our house w/the LR on the 2nd flr. located near the bedrooms & main baths, coincidentally where 99.9% of the dirty clothes originate. . . . That was ONE serious factor in choosing this house plan!! Downside, being a closet - all the laundry is piled all over the ...»
hallway floor on laundry day but it's mostly just my husband and me and I leave a pathway lol!

@susan....talk about convenience....a family just built a new home down the street from me & they enlarged the master closet so they could put their washer & dryer in there.

@Judy - hmmmmm, actually our walkin does back up to the laundry closet. Shoulda thunk about that when we were building - could have left it totally open. Oh well, hind sight . . . . . .
