Bernice, how funny I didn't even notice the plates. Yea that is a cute border but you would have to besure that it wasn't going to be walked though or kicked now and then.

Oh well, I just want to say that I just found the all blue bird bath Today on pinterest and the first one was the broken Terra cotta pots that were staggered. Thats what got all of this started. But never the less, here we are with lots of cool ideas to work on.

I am so lonely and tired of having morning cofffee by myself most days, that I may just invite the clay people to join me (lol).

Terri, You are so funny. I saw a kit that makes clay pot people into gumball heads using an upside down lamp globe cover. I will have to see if I can find it again.

Jan, I am eagerly awaiting the completion of your garden house. I was just reading that post yesterday, wondering how it's going. :)

Jan, if I ever make it to the west coast, we will definitely have coffee. The distance doesn't bother me, so much as the expense. Better be the best coffee in the world at that price - lol.

I'll grind it myself, hehehe. Yes, I do know about the expense. I have two daughters and their families in San Antonio and one in Highlands Ranch, CO that I can't even afford to go see. Haven't seen most of them for over 6 years. This economy sucks. sorry, hate that word but I hate this economy more.

Jan I understand you frustration & pain!! We used to go to my brother's cabin a couple of times each year and just veg out. We'd built fires in the fire pit @ night, my sister-in-law and I love to sing, the guys just hung out. It was wonderful - and we haven't done this for the past 3 years. You are so right - it just plain SUCKS - no apologies! But, we've managed to hang on to our home and have food on the table - just no luxuries!!
