This was a 3/8' nail down unfinished wood.

I installed and sanded and I laid 1 coat of wood sealer and 2 coats pol. one of my favorites. This house is in Holden beach nc in the lakes of lockwood sub div.

I installed and sanded over 1/2 of the houses in the sub div. over the 2 year time- span of its build..

Right Susan. Don't care who the guests are, no shoes allowed in this house if these floors were mine.

this is absolutely beautifullll...... I am a fan of the shine.. i don't do floors.. but with my smaller projects I am a fan of polyacrylic versus polyurethane... this is beautiful and you should feel proud of a great job

I need to refinish pine floors in my Montana cabin. Would this product put a good gloss on them? Or is pine just too soft?

Very nice work. I can really appreciate how much effort goes in to such a beautiful deep finish like that.

thank you all. and if you use the bone it will do just as good for you. I have done beach homes that have 60 year old pine and tho the staine are there in the wood it looks beautiful. The sanding sealer is the key... b4 u polly .

polly is the easy part. it will look as smooth b4 as after. that is the key. all in the sand and bufffffffffffff

@Wm T: As with anything, the end result is directly related to the prep work. If you haven't done the prep properly you'll have a half a**ed result!! And then wonder WHY? I followed all the directions!! Right - uh huh. Except the ones you left out!! LOL

I really love this. I keep coming back to it. Having recently torn up all carpeting I am looking into wood flooring now. Far more efficient in a large family. Well done!
