Small bedroom turned into my dream bath-Lightened the color, tile selection-stained floors and a whirlpool tub

This was a small un-used bedroom-This bath area was a big plus-it allowed enough room for walk in closet and nice walk way into the rest room area. Luv my new bath!!!

Changed the blue to a much lighter version- Light satin blue with a calming effect.

KMS- The floor is the existing hardwood when the house was built in 1952. I removed the carpet that was over the hardwood.

Houses built in the 50s often times had bedrooms that were so small they were almost unusable! Good idea to take an unused room and make it a highlight for you! Good job!

Jeannette S- You are exactly right. My bathroom and closet were extremely small for today's living. I love my old house, my old hardwood floors but wanted more room. My new bath was painted blue and white, another blue color tile and accents were with Florida sand & seashells. Had 2 large windows that I installed wide plastic blinds due to moisture from the whirlpool.
