Another Terra Cotta Pot Edging
Last year I made a terra cotta pot edging around a small flower bed under a spruce tree, and posted it to Hometalk. Some of you liked it. Some of you didn't. And, some of you suggested I turn the pots over and plant something in them. So I did!
