This is our dining-living room space. We want to paint the place. Any ideas?

Oh...i will not remove the decoration on the dining wall. It is fragile! We were thinking of making a frame around it, and paint the rest of the walls. So that it looks like a canvas.

I'm seeing a really pretty grey ( darker ) on those walls along with a decorative rail on the top to add interest to the ceiling.

i like the rail idea. i am into the grey solution. you think we should keep the rail the same grey as the walls?

Chelsea Grey (Benjamin Moore) might work - at least for an accent wall. It's a deep rich color.

great color. we could the wall with the door and the kitchen, exactly on the opposite site of the balcony wall, and perhaps the fireplace cone. i do like and the rail idea. think it would be too much to cover that with chelsea grey? the total room surface is about 320 square feet..

I painted my small ensuite bathroom with chelsea grey and it totally transformed it from the previous off white. you could give one wall a go and see............beauty about paint color is that you can always change it (when you can find the time!)
