Bee Friendly Plants ( From a Bee Breeder)

Want to know what to plant for the bees. Rather than planting non-bee plants, substitute those for the plants that they do like. We live and breath bees at our farm and have gotten to know what works. Visit http://sensiblegardening.com/busy-busy-bees/ for a great list of easy to grow bee plants.

Just be sure you do not get plants GMO . The pesticides will KILL the bees. I got a plant at Hoe Depot this spring only to discover that it had been treated with a nicotine derivitive, the one that killed the bees in Oregon after the sprayed the almond trees. Same goes for the soy treated with pesticides, when the bees visit the flowers, they will die.
