WHOA, hold all your horses as my friend just told me he htinks they are from the art deco period and nothing should be done not even cleaned until you find our. Damn perfect timing and very glad I was still drooling!

Very nice. Look like they are copper. I would lightly clean them, leaving some of the verdigris patina. Display them as is, they are nice.

Fruit and veggies in the kitchen or dining room. Plant succulents. Force spring bulbs. If they truly are something special, leave the patina intact and sell them babies!

I would check if they are of any value before I did anything . I think they are nice as they are, conversation pieces.

I never knew this......"Copper is more sanitary than most other basin materials, since copper is a natural antibacterial product. Science has shown that bacteria can live for days on a stainless steel surface, but for only a matter of hours on copper. Copper is non-porous and very resistant." from copper sink's website. A TON OF INFO....THANK YOU

I wouldn't clean them back to copper color because the verdris is perfect. Hearth decor? Scented pine cones? Poppurri?

Water feature for sure!! I actually did one in my fireplace (afraid of attic fire) and added fairies and mushrooms, etc.
