I have heard people say that there is spray foam to insulate boards that support my floor in my crawlspace.

Spray foam is very versatile and can be applied to just about any surface...the underside of your floor would be fine. One thing to be careful of would be to bury wires and plumbing in this foam...once in place its near impossible to remove if plumbing replacements were needed.
