A vintage suite case gets a new life as a pet bed!

By taking an old suitcase...and several other scraps from the house....I made a comfy little spot for my dirty little dog to lounge on. I love recycling anything that really can't be used for it's original purposes anymore #Bestof2012 #keepingcozy #recycle

This is absolutely beautiful. Kudo's for thinking outside of the box. Just 1 question, how did you stabilize the top from falling down?

Reminds me of this one. i Pinned it a couple of months ago. Found an old suite case a couple of weeks ago to do something like this too.

Brenda....You could always paint it...or decoupage it. I would prime it first..maybe a light sanding if you plan to paint it. Latex, or spray paint either one work really well for this...check out my link below, on painted ones....maybe you'll get inspired...I'd LOVE to see it when you're done!
