Can anyone help me identify this beautiful plant? Is it a Hoya? Where can I get one?

Hard to tell without seeing the leaves, but could it be the Giant Milkweed plant? I think it is.

it is called a balloon plant you can get them at most nurseries i have them in my garden i have pink,white and purple right now

The buds look like the balloon flowers that I have in my garden, but the open blooms look different.  Maybe  a different variety than mine!

Not a Hoya. I have  grown Hoyas for half a century and this is not one.  I love whatever it is though.

Not a balloon flower. Stems too thick and only 1 or 2 blooms on a stem.

I did a Google search using your picture and it came back as a species of the Hoya plant. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hoya There are many different varieties/colors of Hoya.

It is a hoya and there are many different ones.  I have about6 different ones, smoe small and some grow large, idfferent flower colors.  Look for hoya on google

It certainly looks like a balloon flower to me, but, I have never seen one that color or bi-color for that matter.  Wish I could see the foliage more clearly ...

Looks like it may be a Lentin Rose, also known as Hellbore.
Hellbores come in many beautiful color combinations and 
grow well with Hostas.  They like partial shade in the garden.

Balloon flower....my nursery sells them in the Sring....multiplies every year but 'jumps' around...so don't pull it out as a new weed in the Spring, just because you did'nt plant it there!

At first glance I also thought this was a balloon flower, but the color is wrong. Upon closer inspection I see that these are flowers running along a stem and I think they're quite small. Balloon flowers are about 2' across when unopened. I don't know what it is!
