We are considering using Armstrong vinyl planks (floating type) on our basement floor. Advice?

Armstrong's Luxe Plank is about the same as the the Allure. They are both strip styles...and stick to themselves...not the sub floor.

I think you can do this project in a more thorough way ifyou hire a good professional of a certified flooring company. Your best bet isto contact a professional flooring company, as they have the specific tools,experience, and expertise to handle the situation. Great job you have done.
