We are considering using Armstrong vinyl planks (floating type) on our basement floor. Advice?

I've done a number of the "traffic master Allure" installs....this is also a floating vinyl product sold at home depot....it is very simple to install.

Please forgive my ignorance, but is that the same product being discussed here? If so, this link will be helpful, too. http://www.hometalk.com/188292/has-anyone-us...

Armstrong's Luxe Plank is about the same as the the Allure. They are both strip styles...and stick to themselves...not the sub floor.
