Easy
Hyper whatta? I had to ask that more than once before I got it right. Hypertufa.is a mix of cement, peat moss, perlite and water in varying amounts depending on what you are making with it. Yes, you!
Lighter in weight than concrete, it is strong, durable, less costly and plant friendly! The pictures below are a small sample of what can be done with this medium.

Not sure what shape you want? Plop down a blob, carve a few grooves for plants ** photo courtesy: drought-smart-plants.com
Don't limit your imagination to just plants
Stacking different shapes can create a feeding station or a birdbath
Moss and lichen attach easily and thrive on the surface, as you can see it is creeping up the ear

I think I can do the "moss head". What did you do to mold the face, ears and eyes?

I love the head and then realized how big it actually was when I recognized those orange flowering grass like plants used for the hair! OMG. I have hundreds of them that I continually weed out. I am so making one of these before my grand kids visit again. They need to know that grandma's garden is indeed a magic place. Thank you.
