Love it all !!!!! (I believe our electrical code in MN doesn't allow for chandeliers over tubs anymore.....which makes me sad....)

Kimmer, it is possible they aren't allowed as local code can be stricter..but I believe the national code requires that the light fixture(as well as any switches/outlets) cannot be reached while standing in the tub, unless they are designed for wet locations. My depth perception may be off, but looking at the ceiling and the can lights, I think the chandelier is well in front of the tub. Regardless, it is gorgeous...

The floor may be heated, but I'd like something that gives a warmer and cozier feeling. I'd feel like I'm on display in that tub. No, thanks.

Gorgeous bathroom! The finish on the cabinets is beautiful, as is everything about this room. I'd never want to leave.

A nicer floor tile and an interesting ceiling treatment would have finished this off better. If you're going to go ostentatious, go all the way.

Kimmer and Hewitt - You are both right about fixtures above a tub or shower. This bathroom is very large. The chandelier is approximately 5 feet from the front edge of the tub. Also, the ceiling height is 9 feet. We run into this code restraint all the time. Unfortunately, I have to tell clients we can not do it.

Love it!! Maybe something inviting around the tub....plants, pottery, & maybe a beautiful area rug would be nice.

@Etter - this has GOT to be just about one of the most awesome bathrooms I've EVER seen!! The ceiling is just fine andf so is the floor!! I think the emphasis is on all the beautiful cabinetry, trims & mouldings! Anything more would simply detract from the rest of the room!!

@Sheila - that's EXACTLY what I said on one of the pictures. I don't think it'll be a problem cuz this room looks large enough for both of us and then some!! Honey, we could parrrrrty in that bathroom!!!
