Earlier last week I decided to rip the carpet off of my stairs and paint them. Here is my progress so far. Still have a lot of the finish work to do i.e Install moulding, board and batten and paint. Will keep you posted.
i want to do this too but my husband refuses to even consider it. the carpet is so nasty and dirty and the stairs and spare room are the ONLY room left w/carpet! Teri- it looks amazing! let me know how it holds up to wear and tear.
