It is my understanding they have kits for patching leather...try furniture stores, car upholstery place or anyone who sells leather furniture/chairs.

They have those kits on Amazon for around ten bucks. I bought one for my leather desk chair that my cat sharpened her nails on...but I'm afraid to use it.

There is a product called "Leather Nu". I used it to repair a large hole in my leather sofa thanks to a rescued dog! It works quite well and they send you all kinds of things to work with. You do have to mix your own colors but that is easy to do. I believe this product is available on Amazon.
