How do you get a trumpet vine to bloom?

How old is the vine? Where is the vine planted? Have you done any pruning?

Trumpet vines need full sun and do not usually bloom for a couple years after you newly plant them. Many blooming vines and plants need to be mature before they bloom. be patient.

Good question b/c I ordered the same vine and will be planted this fall. I'll get instructions for the care of the vine and get back as to what I've learned :)
