The beginning of my garden cupola

Cleared a large circled area and turned over the dirt and added soil conditioners. Have now planted 13 cannas bulbs (can not see) and staked out a small circle to use as a guide for my round cupola. Purchased a concrete statue of little boy kissing a little girl. The statue will be centered in the middle

This is my cleared spot for the beginning of my new garden. This was probably the hardest part.

Project day -Saturday 6/16/12- Shutters being hinged, rocks being moved, flowers being planted. Re-using old fire pit for large bowl planter. Buying a different statue. Roofing & lots of detail work to follow.
    • Adjusting the shutters to the position-Positioned the rocks around-Trying to decided how big to make the opening.
    • Selected the flowers & potting soil & organic topsoil. Using snowball white geraniums and mixed annuals
