Making Temporary Digs More Like Home
How I make my temporary digs more homey. I work in the theater and I sometimes am away for a couple of months - as I am now - working on a show. I just moved in yesterday and added a few things from home to make my apartment cozy. You can read more about the before and after here:
I hung this quilt I made on the wall (with pushpins.)
Fresh flowers are a must.
Another handmade quilt brought from home.
I bring my Featherweight, Mabel, along for the ride. My downtime is usually filled with some sort of sewing project.
