Oh then it is a fairly easy task, but can be time consuming depending on the tiles you pick. The easiest way is to get the tiles that are on netting. You will also need a tile cutter or sniper. Home Depot or Lowes will cut the tiles you need cut to size if you buy the tiles at their store. Floor and Decor has beautiful tiles as well. Basically you just need to plan your layout and use thin set and stick the tiles to the wall.

I would avoid any busy patterned backsplash since you have a very strong pattern in your granite with that being said, you can never go wrong the the classic all time appeal of subway tile. Now if you're looking for a budget friendly idea, I love bead board.

I second subway tiles. Get a bunch of samples, and find one that works.
