Reviewed Mr-sandless

Service: Flooring
Spent 650 dollars for Mr. Sandless, a floor refinishing company to sand down my floor with a belt sander and apply new stain along with two new coats of finish. While the company is known for their dustless application of wood floor restoration, my floors were in such bad shape, I decided to have them perform the normal floor sanding typically required for refinishing. There was quite a bit of fine dust particles despite the bag attached to the belt sander. While I still have to wipe the dust off the doors and walls, it's not overly messy. As for the refinishing, I was amazed at the difference. They really did make my pet stained wood floors look brand new, especially once the second coat of sealer was put on. While the company did a great job, if you zoom in on some of the pictures, you'll be able to see black swirl marks. Unfortunately, these are from the buffer and they gave me the reason that those marks come from wood floors that are exceptionally dry. While you can see the black swirl marks up close, you can't see them when standing up, looking down at the floor. The entire job for my office took about 6 hours. Overall, I am very satisfied with the way the floor turned out. I feel as though the $650 was well spent. and from what I hear, is a great price when it comes to floor refinishing. I also get the satisfaction of a multi-year guarantee. I could have paid less ...»
to refinish using the sandless method but I couldn't due to the floor being in such bad shape. If you need a wood floor refinished, I can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Sandless.
