DIY: Upcycle Plastic Into DROP Lampshade

Finally I’m able to show you another upcycle design lampshade I made. I’ve tried lots of designs, none of them gave me the result I was looking for. I don’t know if you recognize this, but sometimes you’ve got an idea and you don’t know how to realize it. It is a matter of trying and keep on trying. The thing is, I wanted to make a simple lampshade out of two dark blue plastic boxes I had.
Well here's the finished product together with a tutorial on how to make the 'DROP' lampshade yourself. If you've got some sturdy plastic laying around, you're set to go!

If I ever find any such plastic, I think I'd try making it with smaller shapes and reverse the orientation so that I could use this on a table lamp rather than a hanging one using the finial to fasten the top (bottom of the one shown) together.
