Hi Danielle! I think that your idea is Super! It would be great to use as a decoration for just about any occasion! Can you tell me how wide your Dahlia is that you made in the pics? Also my husband and I have a place in Lake Wales which isn't far from where you are and we will be there the last two weeks of this month. He can't go with me to the resale stores as he has asthma and the dust drives him crazy. He can't breath. Or at least that is his excuse anyway.
