Bee balm comes in several colors, red, white, purple and attracts butterflies and the red attracts hummingbirds. It will come back yearly and likes a poorer quality soil so it is an easy plant to cultivate.

We have great soil. I have over 11 flower beds & a veggie one with corn, cucumbers & green beans & fruit garden with strawberries & blueberries.

Is that the bee balm, or monarda, in the front? is that a dwarf cultivar?
