Love Basil...I have planted two varieties this year..spicy and sweet Italian. Yum also Cilantro, parsely and rosemary. Love all of it especially in my egg dishes..omlets, quiche, etc. YUM!

I *love* sweet basil ! I bring it indoors in a pot to enjoy it year round! Cannot get enough of it.. Shrimp is in season here in Georgia, i do believe my Garlic-Basil Shrimp Pasta is on deck for the menu this week!

The only way I have frozen it with success is in pesto form!
