What kind of paint do you use to paint a stainless steel outside door?

I have 2 outside doors that need painting...I would rather paint then buying 2 new doors..as they are very expensive.

Lightly sand them, wash down allow to dry. Apply a primer for a steel door again allow to dry then use an acrylic based outdoor paint that will hold up better with wheather elements. Then I suggest using a sealer for steel.

Places like Lowes and Home Depot have spray paint specifically for this -paint for metal. Just read the directions for prepping your doors.

I used exterior enamel. Ask at the paint store - they will steer you in the right direction.
