Once upon a hot summer day, we decided it would be a good idea to refinish our bedroom floor. It was crusty and painted. Somehow, we survived....but not before cha-chaing with the orbital ...»
plate sander, trying not to inhale too much in the way of hazardous refinishing chemicals, and learning that tack cloths are (wait for it) tacky.

    I only have four weeks before school starts (August 1) but I SO want to do this for our living ...»
    room! The carpet is old and threadbare in places...definitely time for a change. Thanks for the inspiration!
