From the pic, the leaves and flowers are similar to a Mandevilla but Mandevilla's leaves are more elongated and shinier. A Mandevilla has a tubular flower like a trumpet and this one, at least from the pic, does not look tubular. This one is not easy to identify.

Mandevilla here,looks very different. The flowers are much bigger and they are very costly. This one was cheap and the flower is small. This is a close up. Thankyou for all the replies.

There are more than 60 varieties of Hibuscus in india.yours is a dark Red variety.

I have one. It's a Rio Red Mandevilla. This variety is more bushy than a climber.
