Help! I have too many guavas from my tree. What can I do with them? Is there some way to save them for later?

I always love dehydrating fruits, if you slice thin with a mandolin they make great fruit chips. Also you could puree and freeze in icecube trays to use in drinks, or for recipes later. Jams and jellies are great too... you could also puree and make fruit leather with the dehydrator. you could also just slice them and freeze on a cookie tray flat then after they are frozen pop them in a ziplock bag.

Make jelly,or puree them for a recipe. I would also cut them up and place in a syrup of sort and freeze in a storage container.

If you know a local food pantry, I would believe most would be thrilled to get fresh fruit.
