I too am planning to do this. Get rid of the bi fold part anyway. I am sick of mine falling on me when I open them...... so I want hinges on the outer sides of mine. Planning to use the 3 hinges that are on the inside where they fold....... but not quite sure YET how to attach the hinges to the sides of the wall.......... any help will be appreciated.
