How to Print Images Directly on Fabric

All you need is your favourite image, some fabric, spray adhesive, a sheet of paper and your printer.
I chose an image from "The Graphics Fairy" and printed it directly onto some canvas, then glued it to an old wicker basket for a unique look.
First step is to spray a sheet of paper with some adhesive. You are basically using the paper to make the fabric go through the printer easily.
Trim the fabric right to the edge of the paper to ensure that it goes through the printer correctly.
Load your fabric into the printer as you normally would. Press print. Peel off the paper and you're image should be transferred beautifully.

If you're afraid of the do-it-yourself printable fabric, you can purchase Inkjet Printable Fabric Sheets att Michael's, Hobby Lobby, and other craft-type stores. It is basically a sheet of cotton fabric with a peel-off paper back. I used it to create a fabric book for my granddaughter filled with photos of her family.
