If price isn't an issue I would go with granite. It's hard and durable and in my opinion looks the best.

Steven, did you ever make a decision? I second the granite. We do all of it, but with as much liquid that is spilled in bathrooms, marble tends to etch pretty quickly. Still would seal it or have it sealed, but you won't have to stress about the etching!
