How to Turn a Garden Table Into a Potting Bench

I wanted a potting table... I wanted it to be sturdy, beautiful but not too big..... I did not want to spend any (or at least a lot) of money on it..... I had a garden table that was about to fall apart...... I cut up the garden table and created the best potting table ever.

It all started with an old garden table that was wobbly and no longer the right fit for our patio.

This table was destined to become a potting table.

I had confidence in this upcycle furniture project because turning my kitchen table into a patio table was a great success.

I took a deep breath and took a saw to the table and sawed it in three parts.

I used bits of an old pallet to reinforce the legs and crate supports for an extra shelf.

The middle part that I cut out was repurposed as the shelf.

I ordered a custom-made galvanized metal top.

And my new/old potting table was ready for use. I love it so much.
