How can I kill unwanted Chinaberry trees?

I cut down 2 large Chinaberry trees. They left about a foot stump on each. I keep spraying stumps with Roots & All to kill, but a million new shoots keep coming out. It's like I'm fertilizing it. Tiny trees in flower beds, I pull up, but how can I get these 2 larger ones gone?

You can try cutting the tree stump again and pour stomp out into the hole. As for as the new shoots appearing you will have no choice but to use a herbicide such as roundup providing there are no surrounding plants.

Try drilling 4 to 5, 1/2 inch holes vertically in the stump and pour in roundup. Get as deep as the drill allows.

Add a weed killer to the roundup.Another way is burning it.

Please do not use round up!

Copper nails can be pounded into stump.

You can also make holes in stump and pour in vinegar and salt. Cut off new shoots immediately.

This is just the thing! I find this works wonderfully. You have to cut the plant and then brush this on the top of where you cut it. Bonide It will travel down to the roots and kill the plant.
