I am trying to do a thorough cleaning inside my van any useful tips

Rubbing alcohol and a white sponge. Sponge must be white, like a "magic sponge" so you won't get any color coming off on upholstery. Works well for micro fiber furniture as well. Will take off head grease areas, where you rest your head too.

I would get an upholstery cleaner at the auto parts store.
