A Union Jack Side Table
This was an " ooops " makeover - completely unsatisfied with how it turned out, I took out the sander to refinish the top and halfway through I fell in love!

I really liked this but couldn't figure out why it didn't look right initially. You're missing coloured stripes on the diagonals. Sounds silly, but I think that could elevate it, as it just looks a bit off if you know what I mean.
