Succulent wreath

I would like to know how to make a succulent wreath and how to care for it. Can it be left outside year around in zone 7b and how to I make sure it doesn't mold?? Thanks in advance!

@Michelle Burns ~ if the succulents you use are all winter hardy you can leave the wreath outside in a semi-protected area, but I would leave it flat, not hanging. You water it this same way. If you add in tender succulents and have a sunny window, I would bring the wreath in and lay it on a round tray and keep the succulents trimmed the height you desire.
