DIY Pumpkin Pot Placecard

It has begun. The Fall bins are making their way from storage, and after some "inspiration finding missions" to Hobby Lobby and Marshall's and Michael's, I strayed upon these amazing faux heirloom style pumpkins, and a planned was form. This is Part 1 of Five easy and DIY projects that I will be using as part of a Fall Tablescape. Most of these projects will take less than 10 minutes each. Let's get going....
I found these cute paper mache pots. The beauty of these pots is that you can paint them, stain them, decoupage on them...so many options. But I decided to leave them as they were with a small exception...
I added some jute cording around the upper rim.
Once I had the cording added, it was time to adhere the pumpkin. The pumpkins were a pick, so I simply pulled that out.
Some glue around the rim of the pot and the pumpkin was attached...
You can't have a placecard without a name tag right? No problem.
I used some mini pennant tags, a fall leaf stamp and created a cute tag,
Here is the finished project.
