Building an entertainment center and headboards

Question

Love your ideas on here! I'm trying to make a head & foot board out of solid bi-fold doors , I think it will turn out nice! But please if anyone has some easy cool idea's for a guy for entertainment center ( 60' T.V. flat screen). Pictures would help. I'm also going to try and make an island for the kitchen out of an old dresser?  Please any easy nice looking ideas I could use! Just started doing this and I'm 61 & husband passed away so it keeps me busy! Been 4 yrs. still feels lonely. Thank you so much -DeeDee. You all got such creative ideas!❤️❤️🔨🚪🔨🔩🖼

So sorry to hear about your husband and it's great that your keeping busy. We also made a kitchen island from a office cabinet and an old fishing tackle box, which worked like a charm.
