Canning green chili ?

Is it normal for the jars to continue boiling after I have taken them out of the pressure cooker ? first time trying this ?

Yes, the air inside the jar escapes during the canning process, this is normal. You should hear the jars pop and seal as they cool. I have read it's best to let the jars rest in the water bath for 5 minutes before removing them. Good luck!
