No mow grass! It's official!
How liberating! In May I got rid of the grass in the backyard and began filling in all the areas along the pathways I made with a wonderful variety of plants and trees. Yesterday I finished the front lawn and giving my mower to a friend. AWESOME. Now off to the native plant store to begin a strategic plan for filling in the mulch area. Saw palmettos are first on the list. Gotta keep my bees happy!

More and more are using some of yard for edibles. Including me. Less grass, less work, more yum.
